Lexis Escudero - Community Manager
Lexis has been in the multifamily industry for eight years and truly enjoys her work. She is passionate about building strong communities and stays involved in every aspect to create a welcoming, vibrant environment that all residents can enjoy. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family. One of her favorite amenities at FLATZ 623 is the sports simulator—it’s a fun and unique way to connect with people, share laughs, and build relationships.
Melissa Nunez - Assistant Community Manager
Melissa loves spending time with her three wiener dogs and has been in the multifamily industry for three years. She is passionate about building community and truly enjoys getting to know all of the residents. As a proud dog owner, her favorite amenities at FLATZ 623 are the community’s three dog parks—they’re great spaces for pets and people to connect.
Mario Cardona - Maintenace Manager
With 18 years in the multifamily housing industry, Mario is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships with residents. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children. At FLATZ 623, his favorite amenity is the lap-style pool.
