Melissa Nunez - Assistant Community Manager
Melissa loves spending time with her three wiener dogs and has been in the multifamily industry for three years. She is passionate about building community and truly enjoys getting to know all of the residents. Genesis Marquez - Leasing Associate
Genesis Marquez is an Avondale native who truly enjoys spending time with her family and friends. As a member of the team at FLATZ 623, she appreciates being part of a community that values both connection and an active lifestyle. Her favorite amenity at FLATZ 623 is the Outdoor Fitness Center, where she loves getting in a great workout while enjoying the fresh air and utilizing the community’s top-of-the-line equipment. When she’s not at work, Genesis enjoys relaxing and spending quality time with her dog, Chicken.
Shyree Davis- Leasing Associate
Shyree brings years of customer service experience to the FLATZ 623 team! She loves taking on new tasks, getting involved in the community, and most importantly, building relationships and getting to know our amazing residents. Outside of work, Shyree loves spending quality time with her son. And her favorite amenity at FLATZ 623 is Our self-serve Coffee Bar the perfect place to grab a cup and start the day!
Mario Cardona - Maintenance Manager
With 18 years in the multifamily housing industry, Mario is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships with residents. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children. At FLATZ 623, his favorite amenity is the Resort-Style Pool.
Payten Marruffo – Maintenance Technician
Payten brings two years of experience in the multifamily industry and enjoys getting to know residents while helping with anything they may need around the community. When he’s not taking care of maintenance projects, you’ll likely find him working on his car or spending time with family. His favorite community amenity is the Bocce Ball court — a great place to connect with neighbors and enjoy summer activities.
Marlon Cairo - Maintenance Technician
Marlon brings 2 years of multifamily experience to the FLATZ 623 team! He enjoys being part of the community and bringing his experience and dedication to our residents each day. Outside of work, Marlon loves playing soccer and spending quality time with his family. His favorite amenity at FLATZ 623? Our Multi-Sports Simulator Room, featuring 26 amazing games to choose from and with his love for sports, it's the perfect fit!
Austin Newman - Porter
Austin brings a couple of years of multifamily experience to the FLATZ 623 team! He is always looking for ways to go above and beyond to help keep our community looking its best and sparkling every day. A fun fact about Austin he is currently going to school to become a welder! We love seeing our team members continue to grow and work toward their goals.
