Genesis Marquez - Leasing Associate
Genesis Marquez is an Avondale native who truly enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Payten Marruffo – Maintenance Technician
Payten brings two years of experience in the multifamily industry and enjoys getting to know residents while helping with anything they may need around the community. When he’s not taking care of maintenance projects, you’ll likely find him working on his car or spending time with family. His favorite community amenity is the bocce ball court — a great place to connect with neighbors and enjoy summer activities.
